We know that Kannur International Ariport is getting inaugurated on December 9th 2018. So work is in full swing. Almost all interior work has been completed and below are some terminal services setup in progress now.
Information desk: A front desk kiosk for information related. Staffs will be available for answering queries related to airport functionality.
Wifi, INTERNET , telephone: For a better connectivity, airport authority is installing Wifi, internet and telephone services. By inauguration, all this will be functional. There are charging points for any type of devices planned.
Meeting rooms: Rooms for any business related. Group travelers can use this for quick meetings.
Medical services: To handle emergency situations, medical services will be available with staff and amenities.
VAT refunds: Foreigners can refund the VAT tax through this kiosks.
Shopping services: All shops including magazines, toys, clothing, liquor etc will be available on day one of commencement.
Banking Services & Currency Exchange: Foreign Exchange counter is being setup now. There are ATM's and banks planned in terminal.
Faith and worship: A silent place to sit and pray during the transit hours.
Refresh rooms: Rest rooms are already setup in Airport.
Cafeterias & Food counters: There are many food counters being setup now.
