The annual shareholders meet

The annual shareholders meet agreed to increase the share value to 3500 crore now fromc urrent 1500 crore. Which means an additional 2000 Crore share to be sold and this process is expected to start in February 2019.

Existing share holders had asked to raise phase value from 100 to 150 per share to avoid loss for their investment. Also there was an ask for minimum purchase amount of 50,000 to be reduced to 5000 Rs. But both this requests are rejected by the board.
